About Cathy Pemberton

Not everyone is fortunate enough to find a career that is also their passion! More than thirty-five years ago, I found mine with Crown Realty! I am also the Louisburg Branch Manager of my Office! I have dedicated myself to helping others’ Real Estate dreams come true. My joy comes from being able to help a family make a house a home in the community that I love. From helping a newlywed couple find the home they will start and raise a family in, to moving that family into a larger home when they outgrow their first, to downsizing after the children have left the nest. I also enjoy finding that perfect piece of land for someone to build the home of their dreams! Investment property is fun too, we have a shortage of that around here, I get a lot of calls for rental property! I sold a smaller home as an investment to a client and had a renter for them by the time they closed on it! My goal is to be your Realtor for Life.

Referrals make up for a huge portion of my client base, and also make for the greatest compliments I can receive. I count myself lucky to be able to watch a child, a family, and our community grow. Then, to have that grown child ask me to help find their home, because I helped their parents find their dream home 20 years ago just after they were born, is my idea of the perfect commendation.
